almost done. Put some egg dip with a coating of buttered chive garlic mix with caramelised onion in the pan with Virgin Olive Oil.

Coating bought at Princess auto....it was tasty.

Plate full including some tater slices, peppers, cannelloni and broccoli. Also added the fried egg dip.

So I only ate two of the Steelhead strips and had 3 more uncooked ones in the fridge. So in the morning I cooked the other three strips lightly over slow gas heat. Just enough to cook them all the way through. Then I got my inherited grinder from my mom and dad, that they brought over from the Netherlands with them in 1956 out. Made in Checkoslavakia....damn thing is a heavy cast beast but wow look how nice this turned out......nice fine mushy. I then got two whole onions and crushed those as well. Then 3 dollops of Mayonnaise......mixed it thoroughly and viola. I made a couple of sandwiches at lunch and they were outstanding delicious. I have definitely found some new future recipes to do with all the salmonoids I catch. Thinking tacos or grinding other mixes to fry in the pan.
