hi guys; has anyone fished the mouth of the saugeen for walleyes.,,ive heard that once in a while some are caught from shore,,,looking for any input......

Most of the walleye caught in the area are south of Port Elgin, and around the Bruce Nuclear Power Plant. Haven't heard many reports of walleye caught at the mouth of the saugeen, but with the increase in walleye numbers in Lake Huron, they will probably start to show up in the saugeen as well.

There is earlier on in june right at the mouth and out a bit off the geen not sure about all summer though.
