Moose draw, Proposed changes

The ministry is proposing changes to the second allocation of the moose draw. If you apply in the second allocation , first choice they are proposing to take your points if you are successful whether you claim the tag or not. Nothing changes for second and third choice.
They are also proposing a third draw for leftover tags.

This is fine. Points will be given back if you do not claim Tag.

In the new proposal points would not be given back if you were successful in first choice , second allocation regardless whether you claim it or not.

Seems like they don’t even give the new point system a chance to start working before they change something just wait 2 years and they will change it again and again until nobody no longer wants to apply
