apple sauce cake, no one posting ideas

So here goes. Made applesauce again this year and heard that there was such a thing as applesauce cake so googled it and made one. It was really good, but didn't taste apples, more like a really good carrot cake. So going to make again but leave out the all spice and put apple chunks in it.

Looks pretty tasty. I dabble a bit in baking and made my last batch of date squares, added a couple of big plops of home made canned applesauce and dried cranberries, oh what an amazing difference.
