Well pouring rain this morning so stayed home. I have about 10 pictures of Toms at about the same time. I have been there 3 times and they come for 3 days before I get there and then the next but not the day I go there.

I believe this is a bearded hen, would you shoot it. I would.

I wouldn’t shoot a bearded hen on purpose.

Because bearded hens are as fertile as any non-bearded hen, I would leave the bird to do her thing during the spring hunt.
