made crab apple jelly last week and it never jelly, so opened all the jars yesterday and reboiled for 13 mins. They are jelled this morning. Real easy to make 4 cups of juice, 3 cups of sugar and bring to a low boil string continuously. Once temp gets to 225 boil for another 5 minutes of so. This is the actual recipe. I added pectin to mine and still had issues, I made 4 batches, each with different amounts of pectin. Only 1 batch jelled at the time. This is a very tasty jelly and will do again. I used a steam juicer to get the juice.
