I know but most my experiences with them come from trying to catch them while they're spawning in the creeks... they just don't want to bite! It'd be cool if we could choose what kind of fish we become. I'd probably pick smallmouth bass!

Yeah but at the rate you're posting you'll be a world record trout before the summer I need the lakes to freeze up so I can do some ice fishing and put up some reports.

lol, I am dying for the lakes to freeze up too, so we can get some videos on the Youtube channel we are starting up as we do a lot better ice fishing than open water, also there is just something special about the hardwater season that makes people really excited hense why I have been posting like a maniac, need something to pass the time.

It will be nice to see some links to those videos. Out on Chemong last night. 4 inches of ice out 100 feet from shore. I caught one, and my evil twin brother caught two Perch. Small, but it's a start. I would also like to point out that we have that much ice on a long bay off the main channel. It might not be that thick where you are. Still be careful. Rivermaster, you are invited to comment, as that will raise your post count. Why doesn't no one want to be a Carp.
