Keep an eye on Zehrs. They had them on sale a couple of weeks ago and I missed it.

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4895 Member No.: 67 Joined: February 10, 2011	I never did get a brisket at Loblaws, but Zehrs had them on sale last week and I picked up one that was 13lbs. I trimmed off 2.5 lbs of fat this morning, applied lots of my "Texas" dry rub, wrapped in it plastic film and it sits in the fridge until tomorrow morning. Will be in the smoker by 8AM. SDC
