kayak fished "my" lake in Muskoka yesterday (Saturday). As I had to return home early in the afternoon, only fished 2 and a half hours (while it took me 3 and a half hours driving for the 375KM round trip). Landed two lakers within first hour, and then started looking for whitefish but didn't find/mark nothin':-)

Thanks. And you meant my first trip in this kayak this year? No, I have been out kayak fishing about at least 5 times since iced out earlier in March this year...

Two years now James....first the 1 year wait for the Ulterra trolling motor damn covid.......then the disappointment of weight distribution.....hope it's all better now.

Thanks. And the bait is intentionally put under angle to the shank to have more strikes? No. It was not my intention. The (so-called drifter) bait was simply too soft, the shank became angled relative to the bait:-)
