I have never been to simcoe in the fall but I have read that the fishing is great.
Just wondering when is the best time to start.

I would be coming from the east so was also wonder where the best place to launch from.

Beaverton or port bolster.

Any advice would be great thanks

Fishing is pretty good right now, either launch is good.

Is the fall perch bite in full swing yet? And what part of Simcoe is hot right now?

Bounced around Cook’s bay today. Not much to tell, one little perch on a small Williams gold/silver spoon.

Buddy caught one nice jumbo and 6 or 7 small ones on a goby coloured plastic drop shot.

Fairly disappointed!☹️
