Hey guys im heading out there next week and was wondering if anyone has been there this year.
Also i have been going there since i was 3 and im 15 now its a great place and always enough fish for a fish fry.
what has everyone been catching and how?
ohh and the depths.

Was there at the middle of January with a group of 8 guys. and caught 78 walleye over a period of 4 days. some went back due to size and slot . The rest were eaten for our daily lunch as well as about 40 perch. Good fishing and a good time.

what were u using a jig and a minnow?
do u know if he has the hut far out there not with the group.

Minnows with splitshot balanced on tipups worked the best for us. Fish the bottom 1 foot of water. Jeff has a bunch of huts where the fish are, they are quite far apart so you have a bit of privacy.
