27.1lb laker (Lake Erie) 12 ounces shy of the state record at the time. Record was broke later last spring.

one thing about these fish is that when u catch them go easy dont keep them out of the water long try haha not to play em out too much ! we never keep them

Good advice here. I personally do not even remove juveniles from the water for photos.
