Boat upholstry, changing the bottom wood on wrap bench

Hello all,.
After unwrapping my boat, I realize water got into the back Wrap around bench seat, and the bottom wood is now basically rotten.

its a fourwinns Vista, year 2000.

has anyone experienced doing this as DIY ? or can you recommend any place I can take it to be done ?

Im in Richmond hill ontario.
