I just got a snowdog this winter and got to use it once…LOL..I’m storing it in my dad’s garage for the summer, a guy I was talking to at basspro said I should store it with the weight off the track…anyone that has a snowdog have any advic?

yes for sure support it somehow to take the weight off the suspension & also treat or drain the fuel..example when I store my sled in the garage I put a stand under the front end to take the weight off the front suspension & under the back end to take weight off rear suspension I treat the remaining gas in tank & drain the carbs ( unless you plan on starting it through the summer). they say if u take the weight off the suspension it takes away its memory then it doesn't remember how bad you beat on it last season..

call your dealer and ask.
From the video I watched, Snow Dogs can come with wheels or slider suspension. I didn't see any shocks.
You raise a snowmobile to take the weight off of the shocks.

Which is kind of weird too, no? Makes you wonder if it makes any difference. People don’t raise their car when they get home each day to take the weight off the shocks
