Most of my fishing is from this kayak. Fuel efficient, peaceful and easy to control. I portaged it into Algonquin (Crow Lake) last spring.

Hi NP ;Thats one great looking lunge....Is that coloration normal for that water ?? I've seen muskies in the past that were very similar and they were "TIGER" muskies, Which is a cross between a pike and a muskie..... Anyway just curious ....bent rods

Thanks. Yes, I do believe it is probably a tiger muskie as there is a healthy population of both pike and muskie in the Thousand Islands area. My husband also caught a bit smaller one that also looked the same.

Here I am last season open iceing it for lakers and whities. Nailed 'em pretty good last year, and if safe ice forms on the main lake I'm going to thump 'em again! Until then - it's my true love of hammering JUMBO yella-bellies!
Cheers,
Rip
