We had 2 smoked chops for supper tonight and 4 more went into the freezer--vac. sealed, along wiht 10 packets of bacon slices.
I put a piece of freezer paper in each packet turned inside out, so that wax is on both sides and then I put 5 or so bacon slices on each side. Freezer paper keeps them from sticking together and then I can take out what I want and then fry for a few minutes.
