Picked up a nice 11lb brisket today. Not too much fat on it.

Will be firing up the Bradley for the 1st time in 2024 in the next while.

Both Loblaws and Zehrs had brisket on special in the last 6-8 weeks, but they were big and fatty, so I took a pass.

At Freshco today, I had to dig down through a dozen or more to the bottom of the bunker to find what I wanted.
