Well folks we can officially say that our current guest Todd from Allentown Pennsylvania has caught the two biggest bass of the season at our place on Lake Weslemkoon. We will be loading a video on our site shortly where you can see him take them from the live well. I almost had a heart attack when he dug these out of the live well. Two beauties, one 6 lb and one 7 lb. large mouth - Biggest bass I have seen. These were caught on live minnows, anchored with a bobber down 6 ft. Sometimes simple is best! These group of guys have been coming to Lake Weslemkoon from Pennsylvania for 24 years for the bass. The eldest started out 24 years ago with the 1st owner and we are the 3rd, and he keeps booking and adding guys to the group. That says something about how good the fishing is, and they always book in September. Dont put away the rods yet guys and gals, come on up and see us at Hidden Cove Cottage Resort. Check our website for the video tonight or tomorrow. Cheers and enjoy the fishing before the hard water comes! Northern Bass aka Whitey and Wifey at our new place!
