Hi guys. Hopefully someone is willing to share. I just bought myself a new boat. While I mainly fish walleye/bass i plan on trolling gbay and Huron for trout and salmon. I can figure out spots and depths etc for myself (part of the fun and satisfaction when it pays off) I was hoping someone could help me out with spoon/lure choices and what colours you guys might have success with.

I most fish Lake O but have fished Owen Sound a bit.
I have found more luck on bright spoons up there than the black and whites I do well on in Lake O.
I also find I have done better on the standard size spoons than I have on Mag sizes. I have one Moonshine that seems popular up there that is glow in the dark with a white background on the front with lime green dots on the white.
J Plugs are also good up there with white ladder back being a standard colour.
I hope this helps as a starting point as I don’t fish it all that often.

A consistent Gripper including this morning was a pattern I designed for the owner. Its called Night Krawler. Took a big fish this morning close to 15 lbs and did well the other day on it. Seems to take a lot of fish at low light or overcast. Night Moves Gripper was taking fish last night.
