A Fishermans's Pet-Peave, Non sharing Fisherman

I really don't want to start anything but, I'm bothered by those who don't share info. To be clear the majority of fisherman on this site share requested info.(i.e. lures, techniques etc.) and I've learned alot and for that I am greatful. But, I can't understand those who won't tell what lakes their fishing on, its not like we're asking for the exact GPS coordinates. I take pride in my so-called ability to find fish locations via structure and habitat and with the 1000's of lakes in the region what's the deal?, are you really that selfish?. If asked I will always tell the lake I'm fishing on but never the location and any fisherman with pride and worth his salt would never ask the exact spot anyway. This has always bother me those guys who act like 'there is gold in them damn hills" and I want it for myself.

I had an uncle who took his fishing spots to the grave - there is just something wrong with that!!

...what say you? maybe I'm just a weiner!! but, if you ask me what lake I got my fish on I will tell you!!!

I could never be that selfish - no disrespect to those who are but you are!!
