Sad to see...people need to smarten up

Went to check out one of my favourite carping spots for a change of pace and ran into this

the folks go out of their way to provide chairs and picnic tables plus bins because they care about the area

this crap is like 5 feet from the bins and is inexcusable........


what is wrong with these people. even if cans are not provided, if you can bring it there you can haul it back home

Well LS it is a well deserved rant, people are disgusting, not all but it seems like there are more slobs all time.

LS too bad that they were not still there to hear your rant....unacceptable......some people are just slobs.

Brutal - always blows my mind that people still leave messes like that.

No respect for nature. No respect for anything. The only other explanation is a raccoon or something else knocked over the garbage bin. Being that if the bin was on its side, the top would be close to the garbage pile. And there is some garbage in a bag thats looks ripped open. Just a theory, I wasn't there.

Not racoons there are another 4 locations that were just like that one or worse unfortunately

Longshank, sad you had to deal with that or anyone. On the ice off the ice same people same habits. No cares, no worries, self entitled abusers and users. Makes you think what their house looks like, the inside of their car, perhaps even their own hygiene. Disgusting. The saddest thing may be, you will miss it when the area gets taken away but will they? Nope, it will be everyone else to blame.

Here at Wasaga PP we often see garbage strewn about within a short dist of the dumpsters or garbage cans. Let's hope their aim is no better if they try to procreate!

Funny thing is these are the first people to cry "we don't have anywhere to fish anymore"

Terrible to see this stuff and the disrespect for our natural spaces. Looks like carp fishermen with all the empty cans of corn. That's some heavy chumming. As a shore angler, I see this crap quite often and it disgusts me. These people don't care about anything but themselves.

Good to see that group posting a sign and calling them out..

I have talked to some people over the last 7 years or so.......bottom line is they just don't give a crap
