Well, we finally did it last season.......that is sold the business and of course my favourite boat
She is now plying the waters of Georgian Bay.......gl to the new owner
I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to all the members of this board that have come out with me over the past 13 years and a big shout out to all the other fantastic people I have met from around the world in my 27 years of taking people out on charter fishing. Created memories for a lifetime
I am not 100 % retired as I love this sport so much and have made a deal with a great friend and charter Captain to do a specific number of outings on his boat for 2024 as I still have a base loyal crew that still wants to fish
i will also be fishing as much as I can on Erie for walleye on my 16 foot Smokercraft
rest of the time we will be at our off grid cottage enjoying life
Should you wish a salmon outing just get a hold of me directly
IN ending. thanks again for a great run of thousands of outings

Enjoy retirement shank!
I retired in 2021 and even learned how to sleep again. I didn't think that would happen!
Big Lou is in trouble now! Enjoy extra time at your off the grid paradise!
Thanks Neil....and you are spot on.......It's a reat to not have to get up at 4 am for outings although once in a while i stil wake up and go into a panic thinking i am late for a trip and then realize i don't have one
still enjoy getting up early at the cottage and ya Big Lou is still waiting on me

Sounds like you’ll still be having a great time, congrats on your retirement! If I may ask…. What’s the biggest king to come in the boat over the years?…
