Fantastic read as always. Fishing Mag quality

Well done on your outings and nice fish..

If you are tying your own jigs, also try orange heads. Jumbo perch love orange as well

I also like mono for early season pannies, and Stren, check out Stren MagnaThin, I use it for steelheading...

Way to go on those perch. My grandson ties jigs (& flies) and he can produce the same pattern for anyone that wants to purchase any. He said his will not unravel. I've caught many fish on the ones he tied for me on Lake St. Clair Michigan. PM me if you want to get ahold of my grandson. He is 16 years old and has been tying jigs and flies for 3 years already & does a fantastic job. Has a good business going here in the U.S.

Thanks to all again for the feedback on the write up, I'm glad folks found it informative.

Best of luck to your grandson IggyW, I hope his business does well.

I never realized how much fun it is to tie my own jigs...it really is a nice way to pass the time.
