well I made mild salsa on Tuesday got 14 jars would have had 15 had I prepped the extra one. 2 jalapeno peppers in this mild salsa.

today went for a hotter salsa, so 3 jalapeno peppers and a Hungarian wax pepper yellow. Funny everything the same except for the extra 2 peppers in this batch and only got 14 jars. Go figure I prepped 15 this time.

well decided it was to hot to deer hunt today so spent it making salsa again. Boy it is a lot of work when you are by yourself. I used 3 wax peppers this time to see how it tastes. oh and it was the correct choice as I have cell cameras watching my to spots, all I got today were squirrels and turkeys, would have been really upset if there had been a big buck. That the problem with cell cameras. If you plan on going then change mind to stay home.
