kayak Fishing, Lake St Clair

any of you kayak fisher in the big bass tournament in Lake St Clair this weekend? Appearantly they caught over a 1 000 bass today.

I'm no a kayak fisherman so wasn't paying a lot of attention to the news report, but don't think they weigh them, I think it is by length. They take a picture of the fish with the days tag in the picture and turn that it at end of day. I think this is how they are doing it. I believe there like 80 kayakers involved in this from all over to world I guess. Be a tough day today as there heavy rains on and off here.

Likely the OKBT (Ontario Kayak Bass Trail), 80 anglers is low for them. I've fished in a few of their tournaments, good crew, good way to explore new bodies of water and score some good prizes $$$/gear.
