well I have been using Hungarian wax peppers to make hot red pepper jelly the last couple of years. My oldest boy smoked some last year for something. I thought that sounded interesting so the peppers are pretty much done so I picked all the bigger ones the other day before we got a killing frost (-1). Yesterday I cold smoked a bunch of them, most green some yellow. Then made the jelly as normal. Really changed things up in a good way.
