I'll be out.... come hell or high water. Just as long as we fish 2.3 kilometers or more from the shoreline. (That is how far my wife's voice will carry across open water. We measured it!!!)

I just looked at the weather and it looks like above zero temps till at least the middle of next week. I will have to get the aluminum ready for Jan 1.
Just a note for anyone thinking of using the boat. Your floater suits are NOT considered life vests unless it has the DOT tag. Last time I was out in the boat in Jan. the cops were out checking. And rightfully so.
Man, no fishing, hunting is over and still 9 days to Christmas shopping. Besides work WHAT IS THERE TO DO????

Rainbow always seems to attract the big ones. This one we dragged for a few miles I would say.....Randy had such a hard time getting him in the boat he wanted to eat him right away......

Hey, Knightstalker..... I sent a copy of that photo of you crazy buggers fishing in that storm to some friends of mine in Cuba. I told them that that was normal during our winters. Suddenly they were not bugging me to help them come to Canada anymore!!!! ( Even Fidel looks pretty good compared to THAT!)
