If collateral damage is not a concern then Golden Marlin yellow fly bait from a feed store mixed with Coca Cola. Works on coons too. Just make sure it is somewhere only the squirrels can get at it.

Another option is a bowl of nuts soaked in antifreeze. Again the caveat for collateral damage applies.

I shyed away from poisons, damn crazy hound dog would eat a dead tree rat.so yea collateral damage is a concern. Thanks though.

This guy had a bad day.the A 18 works ok,one tree rat so far. My tube body trap is a killing machine though.
