Thanks for the update.
It looks like there will be some improvements made and kept a public space which is good to see. I was concerned that they were going to sell off a good portion of the area (the previous trailer park area) for development.
I look forward to seeing what they do with the space.
This is a location that I have taken the family to for years, while this may not be possible in 2021 it is good to see that this should continue beyond that.

The plan looks great. Will be more space for boaters to stop in the summer months for day access to the town. Very looking forward to when it is all complete.

She opens NEXT spring, if the docks don't get taken by the ice, wait till you see the lack of boat and trailer parking. 5 years, and they already got in trouble for locking the gates from local EMS. Locals are waiting to see what FEE structure they impose, and who gets slips etc. Looks quite nice mind you.
