I have 6 UPS batteries that are almost new. Can I wire these six together to run my Lowrance HDS 5? I do not want to have to go buy another group 24 battery to run my fish finder. I use the UPS batteries in lowrance x67 for ice fishing and in my Vexilar camera. They just sit around all summer.

I use two LiFePO4 20mAh batteries in parallel. don't see why not. One thing I was reading they should have a similar voltage to charge all connected in parallel at once.

I wired four 7.2 ah UPS batteries and with a full charge they ran the Lowrance HDS 5 for 18 hours before I just turned it off. Looks like this will work for now and save me the cost of another big battery. Thanks for the reply
