I remember once a while back and people were fishing and falling through the ice, accidents were happening (as they always do) and someone mentioned the view through the windows on the Lake Simcoe Board windows. There was an ice/winter time view looking through the windows, so Jerry changed it spring/summer, and it made some people feel better or possibly made them feel like its spring time,,not winter anymore, so kinda stay off the ice. Would it be fair or safe to say that the winter time scene is okay now?? Sorry Jerry,, not buggin you to do more work, but I do find it interesting in how a scenery does effect people,,, hmm might have to do a research study on that here for my schooling,,lol

Yes, I am planning on changing the window scenes. I was going to do that near the middle of this week. Of course me changing the scene from softwater to hardwater, does not mean I am endorsing safe ice conditions.. Just helps everyone get in the mood and ready for another season of ice fishing..
FYI I usually start with Northern Lakes and Nipissing first, then Simcoe & Kawarthas, but I will probably do them all on the same day this week..
Winter has come early this year, It was fun shovelling snow yesterday.. But at least it will be a white Christmas..
