Went to the lake to see how she's coming along, and things are looking good for January 1st boys. I went to the bottom of dock road, big bay point and the 30th side road. It was ice as far as i could see everywhere i went. The usual pressure cracks at bbp are starting to pop up in their usual spots. The pics are from today at 3:30. Cheers guys!! Merry Christmas!! P.S don't party to hard on New Year's Eve if you wanna be in good shape for New Year's Day jiggin up lakers and hopefully some whities to. Lol

I know there is still some open water out there, but if it stays as cold as its been it should tighten up pretty good by January 1st. So if the winds stay down and the temps stay low, here's hopeing for some deep water action on the 1st.
Plus I already got permission from the wife to go on New Years Day if the conditions are good.

Almost forgot to say thanks again ThorahGuy for posting my pics and report.
Reloader told me I'm a pain in your arse!
Just kidding! I sent you some fish porn to put up to.
I'll have to try to come out your way during the holidays and bring you a box of beer or a bottle for all the posts you put up for me.
NP Matt. I know why you might have problems with the pics, portable devices, especially iPhones can be a problem. No need for anything in bottles. If you are willing to drag an old guy along for Lakers some time I wouldn't likely say no. A double digit Laker out of Simcoe is still on my bucket list and you are obviously a natural at finding them. Hope that new daughter of yours is letting you sleep at night.

We'll have to pick a day this season then and get that done for sure. If I could find the whities last year like I did,it'll be no prob getting you a double digit Laker. I found tons of those last year. Lol
