Nice,
I cannot believe the difference cleats make. Not so much for the "wipeout factor" but rather those little slips with each step.
i have a pair that cost me $5 at princess auto and really only cover the toe area. These are good but I also have a $10 pair that has a few spikes on the heel as well. These help with the wipeout factor.
Those ones they want like $30-40 for are a bit crazy pricey IMHO. I am assuming the Mr Safety ones are pretty rugged.

Hi guys Im Pistol from Ohio and I race motorcycles on dirt and Ice, flat track. A great ice cleat which isnt an ice cleat at all but works even better is koal kutter ice racing screws3/8 put in the bottom of your boot. They dont go thru but provide tons of traction. Use your drill to put um in. You can do a ton fast. They are light and not cumbersome like those ice pull overs and after the season use your drill to remove them. If you cant find koal kutters use sheet metal screws they work great too. Hope this helps

If you decide to buy cleats. I suggest you buy the ones that strap over your boots. The ones without straps tend to fall off on uneven ground. I've found 2 cleats in my travels and both had no strap.

Hey Nuzpaper I just read your reply and clicked on the link, those are in essence Koal Kutters except Koal Kutters have 5 sides instead of 2. Same idea but they are the hot ticket. It works best though if you have an old set of boots and can leave um in. Word of caution though dont wear um in your car or truck cause if you hit anything in the interior it will scratch the s--t out of it. Put um on when you get out and take um off before ya get in. Same with walking on floors you dont want scratched cause they are sharp as razors.
