just got in from the north shore the winds are NE at 30klms and gusting much higher,walking was good but snowing since 7am..

Surface snow melted some, but the ice is intact. I was planning on driving onto the lake this morning (Wednesday) but vehicles, likely towing icehuts off the ice, have made huge ruts all around the boat ramp, and so had to walk it. Probably just as well as that snow is deep.
