> Ice thickness

I was wondering if there is a point were the ice on Simcoe would not get any thicker. Lets say there is 30 inches out there, if it stayed cold could there eventually be 40 in. or is there a point where its stop making ice?

if its cold enough it will stop when It reaches bottom
