Went fishing up on Georgian Bay, landed 17 fish. Here are the totals, 7 pike (largest 4-5 lbs), 5 Largemouth bass (largest 3.5 lbs), 5 Smallmouth Bass (largest 3.5 lbs). Spinnerbaits, plastic worms, tube jigs and crankbaits did the trick. Best pike depth was 7-9 ft, Largemouths under 6ft and Smallmouths 10-20 ft. All fish released to fight another day.

Are you sure you released all of them Jerry?

You look like you're packing a few extra pounds since our last fishing venture

There are a few possible reasons why the pic may look unflattering.

i) I used a wide angle lense to take the shot
ii) Effect of camera angle and light shadows
iii) it's been a hot summer and i've downed a few extra beers

Also excuse the scruff, tired eyes & raggy t-shirt... worked late on Friday, slept 3 hours and was on the road by 4:30am. Didn't know it was a beauty contest, you are suppose to be looking at the fish..

At least I left out the part about the blown tire and stalling Jeep.

You kill me..
Jerry

Yes, I fished last Saturday on your B-day, but drove much farther and didn't get home until after dark. I guess I could have kept that largemouth for you.. But i didn't bring any ice and it was very HOT.
