Happy Canada Day to you all. We got out on Simcoe this morning with near zero wind so headed to Kemp for another chance to jig a laker. I once again got slapped by one and had two other chasers but no one wanted to get smoked today. The wind picked up and we headed for the pike grounds of cooks. Just as we were leaving we saw a stranded boater so we offered the tow to Barrie. He just bought the boat and this was his first trip out. Once in Cooks we got checked by the MNR Creel survey we had nothing and caught nothing except a couple of little perch. We did however get a picture of this guy who buzzed by us. Great day to be on the water or in the air. Good Luck this weekend it's going to be busy.

I watched that plane buzz over my head yesterday when I was eating dinner . Me and the wife were wondering where it was going to land .

Enjoy the weekend Rob

Hey Man,
I was also out Friday, parked right beside you man.

I actually went 2 for 4 but not until like 2-3PM.

I actually picked up a 37" male that only weighed 20lbs.
Was alone so alas no pics.

Out tomorrow with a buddy tomorrow hopefully.
As you know, I am a lazy fisherman, and had the top up and the mood set to low.
