is there a public ramp in wasaga beach just moved here only one I found $18.00 don't want to buy the joint just use the ramp

There is one at Nancy island across from LCBO and beer store

The one at Nancy island asks for a donation. But you need to pay for parking at the municpal lot. Also it's not very good if you care about scratches on your boat. Collingwood harbour is $7.00 and easy launch with docks. 4 lanes. Worth checking it out. I've lived in the beach for years and tried every launch. Launches in the beach are too steep or if you go to beach area 1, sand will get in the bunks and scratch the bottom off your boat eventually.

x2 for Collingwood. I trailer there and buy a season pass is $45 (buy it at the launch). Good fishing information at the launch as a bonus.
