Seabass is right. If you Google goby eats zebra mussels you will find many articles about how contaminated the mussels and gobies are . The walleye and bass are eating the gobies and the fisherman are eating the walleyes and bass . The contaminants are finding it's way up the food chain. If you read the Guide to Eating Sportfish in Ontario you will see that large old fish are heavily contaminated.
