fished notty in Angus friday morning for about 2 1/2 hours water is high and muddy saw a few fish surface but no takers tried floating spawn and sinking it.

Thanks for the report! I will be hitting some rivers this week, not sure where yet, but will report on success/failure. I will be drifting spawn under a float and if that doesn't work, I generally change to stoneflies, wooly buggers and bubblegum worms. Tues and Wed look good..

Anyone have any luck on the Notty over the weekend? I fished the mouth and nothing at all. Spoke to a few guys and only heard of one fish being caught.
