All set and ready to go! Just waiting for the ice to cooperate! Last year was the best yet for the crappies! My buddies and I limit out each time we were there!

Ya I heard last year was good, it's too bad I was only able to get out once last year and I didn't go to a very good spot. It might not even be safe by new years... how thick was the ice on new years last year? 2 feet?

We were out around this time last year and the ice was about a foot thick. I'm hoping for a repeat of last year! As long as the ice is about 1/2 foot thick, I'm in! I'm gonna check for next weekend. I hope it will be safe enough to venture out.

If thing keep going the way they are, we might still be out of luck for next weekend! Thanks for the pics Dan-o as this might make people think twice before heading up! This could be a life-saver!
