So this may be a dumb question with the "flash" freeze we've had the last week, but just wondering if there is still enough open water to get a boat out with the warmer weather this Sun or Mon. Lakes like Balsam, or Rice, or Pigeon? Im sure there's still open water, but what about access point (boat launches).
