What kinds of way are people heating there huts with? Myself just switched to wood burning stove from propane. I was finding it was starting to cost to much and getting firewood for me is no prob. I got the new stove from princess auto for 167.something not to bad since I payed more in propane last year.
PS add a post with pics of huts and heater set ups

My two buds and I use a propane grill connected to an 80lb tank outside. Lasts all season. We were tempted to go with wood but getting firewood isnt super easy for us and this is easier to regulate the heat and more convenient.

I am using this keroworld kerosene heater this year. I used a much larger one from my garage last year but it was way to heavy and put out too much heat. Got this one off kijij for $70. Couple bucks of kerosene lasts the day. Have a spot built into my smitty sled for this heater. FYI that stove u got from princess goes on sale for $99 on a regular basis so go back when it's on sale and get the difference back if u like.

This is the heater I made for my 4 x 8 hut. Its made with a propane burner out of a camp stove. It's mounted under a steel box about the size of a shoe box and vented with a 3 inch stack. I don't like breathing burnt propane by-products. It has no problem heating the hut. I did make it so I could cook food on it but it's slow, I was going to modify it so the top would flipped up and the burner would make better contact with the pot or fry pan. Instead I mounted a butane camp stove that flips out of the way when not used, works great.
