Looks awesome! I also like your idea of the 2 different diameter PVC pipes sliding into the other one. Good that you pointed out about using soft pine so it is lighter to pull.

Looks perfect all packed up, everything fits just noice.
For mine, I actually drilled a series of holes in the PCV pipe, not for securing it to the legs but in case I wanted to raise it up and use it like a table or whatever.

I spent a few hours and built a sled at the start of the year to fit in my car replace my chair and to glide through the snow easier works great and utilized scrap material around the house that wouldn't have ever been used
