Rainbow at Last, Didn't use the boat

Went fishing today and decided to leave the boat at home.
Did some shore fishing on the west side of Nottawasaga Bay near a tributary that runs into the Bay
Had a 1lb rainbow within 5 minutes of getting there. Within the next 2 hours I got a 4lb bow and lost and missed several more.
Things shutdown at 9:30 even though I hung around until noon.
Rainbow roe in hot pink netting was the desired bait.
