I had an opportunity to head to a co-workers cottage for the day on the weekend for some walleye and I have to say what an amazing fishery!!!!!!!!! The best way I can describe it is like fishing for perch on simcoe...if you don't get a fish in 5 minutes you are wondering what you are doing wrong!! It took us longer to boat to the spot (ten minute ride by the way) than it did to limit out! We caught fish ranging from 12in to 24in. All fishing was done with a white yum grub and a black jig head, nothing fancy simply because there was no need to be!! I only have a couple pics with my blackberry so I will try to post one.
