I went over kill on the ply wood. It weighs a lot but I pull it with a snowmobile.

Yea I put 5 storage bins in it. Helps keep your hat and gloves off the floor. Also the middle one fits my buddy heater perfectly.

So when you set the hook with vigour, the set tilts back and you go through the back wall, just kidding, looks good. I take it the fold up floor just rides on top when you travel?

Very nice work. Nice having a sled so weights not a factor for mods. Only thing I've done to the recon is attach a chain to the skirt to keep it from flapping and some battery powered LEDs inside. Ice, Ice Baby! FF.
