Smolt Trout Group: Members Posts: 177 Member No.: 2595 Joined: January 06, 2013	I know the lower part of Cooks bay freezes first but does the water around the Islands usually freeze about same time?Want to come up first ice but never did great in Cooks and I know finding parking is difficult.I know the area around Georgina Island lots better.

World Record Trout Group: Moderators Posts: 5463 Member No.: 98 Joined: February 11, 2011	At this point I do NOT want ice till after Jan 1. One day of floating for whities and then the ice can come so I can start on the hard water.
