Well done Glenn and Nicole, I see you are already taking advantage of living so close to the waters you love to fish now. Nice fish cleaning station......I would bet there were not a lot of women who had that on their wish list for Christmas this year
You guys take care and enjoy your first winter down there, keep the reports coming, always a joy to read

Yes, it was ice we were standing on and if we didn't have cleats on, we could have easily gone for a swim. Technically, I guess you could say it was ice fishing.
I'm sure your correct Fatrap about christmas wish lists
No worries Jerry, we will get together soon enough. The holidays were kind of crazy anyway with visiting and also the storm in between.
I'm hoping we can fish Simcoe or area on the long weekend as we need to come back to town for a birthday party. Maybe we can meet up with some members while we are there but guess we have to wait for safe ice first. Looks like it will be good to go for mid Feb though.
We are planning to fish the shore again this weekend and try to duplicate the results. When I filleted the fish, 3 of them were also stuffed with shad and I kept some of the least digested ones and will use them when we run out of the live minnows.
