I live in port hope and usually fish the mouth of the ganaraska this time of year, I took a rainy day trip to cobourg today and checked out cobourg brook. I was wondering if anyone has fished here and if so, what have you caught?

I live in Cobourg, fish the creek a lot. Have caught Chinook, Steelhead, Browns, Brookies and a few small Atlantics. It can be hit and miss though and lately it's been slow.

No the creek we are speeking of is almost in the middle or middle west end of town. It runs through peace park near the lake and crosses king street near the cobourg works department and a convince store.

The creek you're referring to is commonly called factory creek to the locals (at least that's what we commonly referred to it as growing up).
